1, Luminescent Pigment for Glass and Ceramic

The special luminescent pigments for glass are a kind of light-absorbing and light-emitting granular luminescent pigments, which realize light emitting through absorbing different visible lights. With high stability, such pigments contain no radioactive substances or toxins. Being a luminescent pigment special for glass, this luminescent pigment can be widely used in producing luminescent glasswares such as silicate glass, boric acid glass, phosphate glass, chalcogenide glass and halide glass, etc.

Based on the traditional technique, Luminescent ceramic/enamel glazes (special luminescent pigments for cerams and enamels) is made out the self-developed luminescent pigments by Hangzhou dimacolor co.,ltd. Luminescent enamel glazes are mainly used in location signs, electrical signs, railway signs and other luminescent enamel glazes with the function of alarm and indication. Luminescent ceramic glazes are mainly used in the field of construction cerams, daily cerams, and craft cerams. Up till now, the luminescent ceramic/enamel glazes consists of three series: enamel glazes, low-temperature ceramic glazes and high-temperature ceramic glazes.

2, Luminescent Pigment for Rubber

Special paints for color silicon rubbers are specially used in color fluorescent power in silicon rubbers and keys made out of silicon rubbers. When such pigments are used in silicon rubbers, they can emit fluorescence in darkness and be made into fluorescent products in rich colors. With strong heat-resisting property, this pigment can fulfill the requirements of silicon rubber process. Up till now, we have three series of special paints for color silicon rubbers made out of luminescent pigments of PLO-7C, PLB-7C and SP-2 in yellow, green and blue. The specific types are as follows:

3, Luminescent Pigment for Toponym Tablet

Special luminescent pigments for location signs is a kind of luminescent pigments with special usage, developed by Hangzhou dimacolor co.,ltd according to the GB 17733.1-1999 Urban and Country Location Signs and the feature of location products. Without toxins or radioactivity, this pigment can continuous emit fluorescence for more than 12 hours after it absorbs all kinds of visible lights (especially good for the daylight) for 10 to 20 minutes. Besides, it can clearly display the information on the location sign. With strong stability and high weather resisting property, this pigment can be used in process of silkscreen, injecting & painting and casting for location signs. Compared with the ordinary luminescent pigment, this pigment has high luminance and long afterglow time, etc.
